I work where logistics, risk and politics overlap.

For decision-makers who need the right person for their problem — not the next agency.

Expertise

Four fields that rarely meet in one person

Shipping internationally means watching goods, contracts, capital and politics at the same time — and usually finding four different people for it. That is exactly where the value sits.

Business

  • Logistical Risk Mitigation

International supply chains rarely break where you expect them to. I make sure goods, contracts and insurance cover line up before the damage happens — not after.

  • E-Commerce Logistics

Growth in online retail rarely fails on marketing. It fails on delivery, on returns and on cost per parcel. I build logistics that scales with you instead of holding you back.

  • AI, Robotics & Automation

Automation rarely fails on the technology. It fails in the gap between process and people. I bring AI and robotics to where they measurably carry their weight in operations — and say plainly where they don't yet.

Politics

  • Business & Politics

Regulation, tariffs and location policy are no footnote for a company. I move in both worlds and translate between commercial and political logic.

Industry 5.0

Nobody needs to be afraid.

Automation, artificial intelligence and robotics are changing how Europe produces and delivers. Industry 5.0 means the machine does not replace the human — it works alongside them.

Investing today is not a decision about cutting jobs. It is a decision about whether your business is still competitive in ten years. I am glad to have that argument — including with people who disagree.

This is a position, not a service.

About

Who is writing here

I have spent fifteen years in the logistics and finance industries, mostly international. In that time I have built organisations and projects from the ground up, successfully sold demanding solutions and services, and carried responsibility across teams of every size.

Mannheim and Frankfurt am Main are home. From here I work on subjects that rarely stop at a city boundary: supply chains, risk cover, automation, location policy.

What interests me are the places where two worlds meet and nobody speaks both languages. That is where I am most useful.
